What you will do
- Lead strategic Supplier Quality & Development projects and transformation programs from definition through execution.
- Drive global harmonisation and continuous improvement of supplier quality processes, tools, governance and best practices.
- Coordinate enterprise and cross-functional programs, aligning stakeholders, dependencies, commitments and deliverables.
- Establish program governance, milestones, performance indicators, executive reporting, risk management and issue management.
- Champion digitalisation, data analytics and data-driven ways of working to improve transparency and decision-making.
- Build relationships across Supplier Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain while influencing without direct authority.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex projects, transformation programs or business improvement initiatives in a large international industrial or manufacturing organisation.
- Strong program and project management skills covering governance, planning, performance tracking, risk management and executive reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in process improvement, organisational change and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Supplier Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain or Manufacturing processes, plus experience with digitalisation, data analytics and performance reporting.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required, approximately 20%.
