Program Manager Senior

Location: Hybrid schedule out of the Zebra facility in Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States

Salary: $108,960–$163,440 annual, plus a target annual cash incentive of 12% of base pay.

What you will do

• Manage execution of global marketing programs and strategically valuable projects, including channel development, marketing performance management, innovation initiatives, product launches, and owned events.
• Document program objectives and requirements, align stakeholders, and establish ownership for tasks and deliverables.
• Partner with project leads and cross-functional teams to create right-sized plans, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Monitor execution, milestones, risks, issues, and change management activities.
• Provide program-level insights to Program Owners and identify out-of-bounds execution or performance.
• Manage continuous improvement efforts for program processes and toolsets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience with project management approaches, tools, and methodologies.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the Zebra facility in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
• Experience with stakeholder management, program governance, and strategic planning.
• Intermediate to advanced presentation skills for mid- to senior-level cross-functional audiences.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with project or portfolio management software such as Smartsheet and PC-based documentation tools including Microsoft Office.
