Strategic OEM Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead strategic OEM customer programs from product development and qualification through commercialization and production ramp.
• Act as the primary program management interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Coordinate Business Development, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial functions.
• Manage program risks, resources, deliverables, customer timelines, status reporting, and executive reviews.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, decision-making, customer relationships, and continuous improvement across global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in electronics, materials, manufacturing, or technology industries.
• Experience managing complex customer-driven programs in a global matrix organization.
• Proven success leading commercialization, scale-up, or product launch projects.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across functions and regions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting OEM customers in consumer electronics, semiconductors, or advanced materials.
• Experience working with international teams and customers, particularly in Asia.
• Knowledge of polymer films, flexible laminates, FCCL, or related materials technologies.
• MBA, PMP, or another advanced business or project management credential.
