What you will do

• Lead the production team and liquid filter production cell to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost-reduction goals.
• Build a safe manufacturing shop floor and establish a 6S-based culture.
• Reduce quality complaints and production issues through structured problem solving.
• Develop employees and strengthen team performance.
• Build effective relationships with related functions and global customers.
• Improve the profitability of the liquid filter production cell.

Requirements

• Leadership and team-building skills with a sincere and honest approach.
• Strong communication skills for working with global teams.
• Ability to lead continuous improvement and facilitate problem solving with clear action plans.
• Knowledge of quality tools including SPC, FMEA, and QC 7 tools.
• Experience in plant manufacturing management.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and diverse teams.
