Senior Engineer (Semiconductor Filtration)

What you will do

• Develop new filter technologies for semiconductor wet etch and clean processes.
• Lead R&D programs focused on cleaning and conditioning filters.
• Apply Design of Experiments to identify critical process parameters and optimize cleaning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to scale new products and ensure reliable production.
• Work with leadership, cross-functional partners, global teams, laboratories, and engineering resources across time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• At least eight years of relevant semiconductor wet etch and clean experience; an advanced degree may replace part of the experience requirement.
• Equipment-engineering experience covering the design, specification, commissioning, qualification, modification, or troubleshooting of chemical-processing equipment.
• Experience safely handling strong acids, strong bases, oxidizers, and organic solvents used in semiconductor processing.
• Proficient English oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or optimizing chemical cleaning, extraction, rinsing, surface-treatment, or contamination-control processes.
• Knowledge of particle, metal, ionic, and organic contamination requirements for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
