Logistics Specialist

Location: Hybrid role in Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico

What you will do

• Support the Grid Technology Substation team with logistics budgetary pricing and delivery execution.
• Receive and log pricing requests, obtain quotes from logistics partners, and respond within established timelines.
• Act as the primary logistics interface for sales channels and evaluate proposed logistics concepts for risks.
• Contract and coordinate deliveries of Grid Technology components to project sites and warehouses.
• Coordinate vessel bookings, shipping documentation, customs processes, ISF, and clearances.
• Report delivery status to project managers, customers, and stakeholders while supporting supplier onboarding and order closeout.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Experience contracting freight forwarders and trucking companies.
• Experience with international transportation and documentation requirements.
• Understanding of INCOTERMS and their impact on pricing and logistics risks.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Ability to collaborate with finance, marketing, project management, sales channels, and external customers.
