What you will do
- Coordinate operational communication between Product Management, Customer Service, and factory operations.
- Support product-related initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Monitor product availability, backlog, lead times, and other operational metrics.
- Maintain ERP master data, including product configurations, lead times, and bills of materials.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and planning adjustments related to supply constraints.
- Coordinate RGA/RMA activities and support the resolution of product quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, product support, or manufacturing coordination.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning, and advanced Excel or data analysis is desirable.
