What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between Product Management, Customer Service, and factory operations.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of ERP master data, including product configurations, lead times, and bills of materials.
• Support demand planning activities, including forecasting inputs and inventory parameter maintenance.
• Monitor and communicate operational metrics such as product availability, backlog, and lead times.
• Assist in managing aged, excess, or obsolete inventory and support pricing analysis.
• Coordinate RGA/RMA activities and assist in the resolution of product quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, product support, or manufacturing coordination.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain processes.
• Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
