What you will do

• Manage end-to-end transportation planning and execution for customer shipments.
• Optimize freight networks through shipment consolidation and improved load utilization while reducing transportation costs.
• Resolve routing guide exceptions, carrier disruptions, and capacity constraints to maintain uninterrupted freight movement and on-time delivery.
• Achieve cost-saving and routing-compliance targets through strategic load planning and carrier management.
• Collaborate with carriers, plants, customer service, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Identify process improvements and prioritize critical transportation issues using data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or operational customer support involving in-transit loads.
• Confidence and willingness to make outbound calls to resolve escalations.
• Availability for a full-time on-site schedule, generally Monday through Friday, with shifts from 05:00–14:00, 06:00–15:00, 07:00–16:00, or 08:00–17:00.
