What you will do

• Manage end-to-end transportation planning and execution to meet customer service, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Optimize freight networks by consolidating shipments and improving load utilization to reduce costs.
• Resolve routing guide exceptions, carrier disruptions, and capacity constraints to ensure uninterrupted movement.
• Achieve and exceed cost-savings and routing compliance targets through strategic load planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, carriers, and plants to align transportation strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or operational customer support managing in-transit loads.
• Confidence and willingness to make outbound calls to resolve escalations efficiently ("Call First" mindset).
• Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico.
