Logistics Support Specialist II (Intermodal)

Location: On-site in Benito Juarez, Ciudad de México, or Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery confirmation for import and export shipments.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment details and references in hirify.global systems.
• Coordinate customs documentation, cross-border transfers, and warehouse scheduling.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders about shipment status, delays, documentation, rates, and capacity.
• Resolve service issues and contribute to continuous improvement and weekly operational reporting.
• Train and support interns or new team members on execution tasks and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or 4PL operations.
• Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused, proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Advanced English required for significant involvement in US-based operations.
• Ability to follow structured processes and documentation requirements.

• Experience in intermodal operations.
