What you will do

• Design and execute the SIOP pilot for specific product groups or production lines
• Build the regional S&OP process from the ground up in the AMER region
• Manage demand and supply planning activities
• Facilitate S&OP meetings to drive cross-functional alignment
• Support the implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Lead change management and engage stakeholders in an environment where S&OP is new

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and operate processes independently from scratch
• Expertise in Demand and Supply Planning
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and change management
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and receive coaching from EMEA experts
• Must be located in Nogales, Mexico
