Bilingual Supply Chain Planner (Supply Chain Planning): Planning and optimizing supply schedules for the NALA region with an accent on inventory levels, demand alignment, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on resolving capacity, transportation, and order-management constraints, monitoring purchase orders, and improving materials management processes.

What you will do
- Support deployment of the supply chain model across the NALA region.
- Plan and develop supply schedules to maintain sufficient inventory for internal and external customer requirements.
- Review and adjust demand plans with internal stakeholders and manage product lifecycle requirements.
- Resolve supply plan constraints involving capacity, transportation, and order-management errors.
- Monitor open purchase orders, confirm delivery schedules, and escalate shortages for resolution.
- Collaborate with Planning, Buyers, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Order Management teams on supply chain projects and analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related function.
- Bilingual communication skills and English proficiency required.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
- International supply chain experience in service or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Oracle.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
