Specialist, HR Shared Services

What you will do

• Provide centralized HR transactional support, including employee master data management, employee status changes, termination activities related to payroll, and ad hoc HR reporting.
• Support Corporate, Regional, and Local HR teams in delivering HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting for personnel cost management and forecasting initiatives.
• Identify and deliver process improvements, automation initiatives, and changes to HR processes and programs.
• Support HR process transitions, service-level performance, issue resolution, audits, and compliance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across geographies to improve service delivery, implement organizational changes, and support training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of HR work experience, including at least 1 year in an HR shared services organization focused on centralized administration and operations.
• Degree in Human Resources; additional HR qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Workday, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate is highly desirable.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage change, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver results within service-level requirements.

Nice to have

• Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean language skills.
