Senior HR Operations Executive (AI)

Location: Malaysia; hybrid

What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS data, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements using AI and automation tools.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.
• Manage external HR service providers and support HR technology projects, audits, and change initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, including process design and optimization.
• Advanced HRIS, data management, and HR reporting skills.
• Experience automating HR workflows or implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Current knowledge of HR technology trends and familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and ability to work with senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional HR environment.
• Experience building AI-powered HR workflows.
• Project management experience in HR technology implementations.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
