HR Service Delivery Generalist I, APAC

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do

• Resolve standard and moderately complex HR inquiries and cases across the employee lifecycle.
• Interpret HR policies, determine resolution paths, and escalate issues when needed.
• Own cases end-to-end and deliver timely, accurate, and consistent outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize the regional inquiry queue.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process standardization and workflow improvements.
• Maintain knowledge documentation and partner with Specialists and People Partners on complex or high-risk scenarios.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR experience or equivalent experience.
• Ability to independently manage HR cases and apply judgment within defined policies.
• Proficiency with HR systems, case management tools, and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
