Transaction Advisory Services Manager (Finance)

Location: Offices across Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts; principally in-person with flexibility determined with the supervisor and team. Consistent travel of approximately 20% overnight is required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Deliver transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and management buyouts.
• Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, working capital, and assets and liabilities analysis.
• Research industry and target-company data, analyze financial statements under GAAP, and assess the sustainability of performance.
• Build and review financial models, forecasts, and financial reports to support acquisition decisions.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits with senior management, present findings, and gather information for analysis.
• Prepare proposals and engagement letters, support project scoping, supervise work, and manage deadlines across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, audit, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Ability to organize multiple projects and manage time effectively against deadlines.
• Approximately 20% overnight travel.
• United States work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Bilingual Japanese-English or Chinese-English candidates may qualify for an exception to the sponsorship requirement.
