Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: $117,000–$158,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial statements to assess target-company performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies using market, industry, and transaction-specific factors.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to support client decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and meet strict timelines and client expectations.
• Serve as a key client contact and communicate findings and recommendations through clear reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and review junior team members’ work for quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or a related area.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Experience managing projects and delivering results within strict timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
• CPA or CFA certification.
