What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Practice autonomously while collaborating through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• Active professional license and current ANCC or AANP board certification for Nurse Practitioners, or current NCCPA board certification for Physician Associates.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience with routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
• Full practice authority strongly preferred where applicable under state guidelines.
