Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care / Women’s Health

Location: In-person care required at the Williamsburg clinic in Brooklyn or the SoHo clinic in Manhattan, New York, United States.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annual base salary, depending on experience, qualifications, location, role level, and business needs.

What you will do

• Provide preventive and problem-based primary care, including wellness visits, chronic condition management, acute care, screenings, and counseling.
• Evaluate and manage outpatient conditions affecting women across different life stages, including menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, and sexual wellness concerns.
• Provide gynecologic and reproductive healthcare within training and scope, including contraception, STI care, cervical cancer screening follow-up, pregnancy confirmation, and pregnancy-options counseling.
• Perform examinations, specimen collection, testing, and procedures within training, licensure, credenhirify.globalling, and clinical scope.
• Review results, create care plans, communicate next steps, and coordinate referrals, follow-up, and higher levels of care when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, mental health clinicians, operations, and clinical leadership while using technology, data, and evidence-based protocols.

Requirements

• Active New York NP or PA license required.
• Current national board certification, such as ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCPA.
• Active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one before starting.
• At least two years of independent outpatient clinical experience.
• Strong foundation in adult or family primary care, including preventive care, acute concerns, and common chronic conditions.
• Strong clinical judgment, patient communication skills, and commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care.

Nice to have

• Experience caring for women across the lifespan or working across primary care and gynecology.
• Experience in reproductive or sexual health, menopause and perimenopause care, contraception, family planning, weight management, or outpatient procedures.
• Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or another relevant primary care certification.
• Experience in an integrated or multidisciplinary care setting.
