Sales Compensation and Finance Manager (AI)

Location: Rio Rancho, New Mexico, United States of America

Salary: $78,850–$114,350 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Design, administer, audit, report, and submit sales compensation data for sales and contact center teams.
• Handle performance and payment inquiries and ensure compensation programs are accurate, timely, and documented.
• Develop statistical and financial models to forecast business performance and support quota-setting decisions.
• Analyze performance trends, distributions, and anomalies and provide recommendations to sales leaders.
• Manage monthly financial close activities, OPEX reporting, narratives, and quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Evaluate project investments, track ROI, and identify innovative financial models, including AI-enabled forecasting approaches.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, compensation management, or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and basic statistical analysis knowledge.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and large-dataset manipulation skills.
• Experience handling sensitive financial and compensation information with accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
