Director, Business Finance - Productivity Solutions Division (SaaS)

Location: US-CA-Santa Clara; option to work remotely. Travel required: 10% of the time.

Salary: $135,840–$254,700 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Business Finance partner to the Division GM/VP and division leadership.
• Provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and support operational decisions across geographically dispersed businesses.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management by translating business drivers into actionable insights.
• Support recurring revenue growth through pricing, customer acquisition, renewals, retention, software attach, and customer lifetime value.
• Oversee business cases and financial analyses for investments, product development, commercial initiatives, and portfolio decisions.
• Use data, automation, AI-enabled tools, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience supporting software, SaaS, automation, digital, or technology-enabled businesses in a complex global organization.
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue, subscription economics, customer retention, pricing, cloud delivery models, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, business performance management, and executive decision support in a matrixed global environment.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, evaluate investments, optimize resource allocation, and deliver profitable growth.
• MBA, CPA, or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
