Salary: $93,000–$139,000 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Balance technical, cost, schedule, and program risk constraints while investigating scenarios and proposing solutions.
  • Perform systems integration through requirements decomposition and development of vehicle-, system-, and unit-level verification activities.
  • Develop and maintain system- and stage-level Interface Control Documents.
  • Drive qualification, acceptance, and hotfire test campaigns by creating and reviewing test objectives, matrices, and plans.
  • Develop, manage, and execute operational plans and vehicle-level CONOPs for test, hotfire, and launch campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical understanding of mechanical, fluids, and electrical engineering disciplines.
  • Ability to travel to test and launch sites and support shifted schedules or weekend work during critical milestones.

Nice to have

  • At least one year of experience working on a vehicle.
