What you will do

• Own the daily performance and delivery of the Reclaim and Assessment of Components cell for the Small Gas Turbines business.
• Ensure components move efficiently from stock through assessment into repaired parts while meeting Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People targets.
• Plan people, equipment and processes for current and future requirements across a 3- to 18-month horizon.
• Manage budgets, improve manufacturing efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce product costs.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement activities, including the introduction and optimization of SAP, Power BI and MERIC tools.
• Lead and develop the team, maintain industrial relations, collaborate with stakeholders and deputize for the Core Reclaim Manager.

Requirements

• At least three years of leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, production, engineering, repair or a similar operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing techniques.
• Experience improving safety, quality, cost, delivery or manufacturing efficiency.
• People leadership, communication and industrial relations skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, project management, SAP and Microsoft applications.
• Strong Health and Safety competence; IOSH training or equivalent is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, MERIC or other digital manufacturing tools.
• Recognized management or leadership qualification.
