Production Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering groups and mentor Technical Leads, Architects, and senior engineers.
• Develop multi-quarter engineering roadmaps and industrialization plans to support factory readiness and capacity.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets across modules to ensure output, quality, and operational goals.
• Drive adoption of structured problem solving and a proactive culture of issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and D&E to align priorities and reduce bottlenecks.
• Sponsor local innovation and tooling upgrades to improve factory performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical domain (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or Physics).
• 8+ years of experience (BS) or 6+ years (MS) in a technical environment such as quality or manufacturing engineering.
• 4+ years of experience managing direct or indirect reports.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology (EAR) is required.
• Expert-level analytical and project leadership skills.

• Proven track record in capacity planning and technology adoption.
