TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Europe (Preferred: UK, France, Germany, Italy)

What you will do

  • Translate global IT strategy into regional execution plans aligned with business growth.
  • Lead regional ERP transformation efforts and enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
  • Oversee regional infrastructure, network, and end-user computing across plants and distribution centers.
  • Manage IT due diligence and integration planning for regional M&A activities.
  • Ensure compliance with global cybersecurity standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of IT professionals and site support resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience with regional or multi-country scope.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong track record of delivering ERP programs and digital transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with IT integration during M&A transactions.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • MBA or similar business training.
  • Additional language skills such as French, German, or Italian.
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management and cloud infrastructure.
