Regional IT Leader (ERP/Manufacturing): Aligning global IT strategy with European business needs, leading regional technology operations, and enabling digital transformation with an accent on ERP transformation, infrastructure reliability, cybersecurity, and operational excellence. Focus on leading IT due diligence, integration planning, and transition execution for M&A initiatives across multiple countries.
Location: Europe Region, preferred UK, France, Germany, or Italy; office location stated as St. Neots, UK.

What you will do
- Align global IT strategy with regional business needs and translate it into execution plans.
- Lead European ERP transformation programs and other enterprise technology initiatives.
- Oversee infrastructure, networks, end-user computing, collaboration tools, and IT services across plants, sales offices, and distribution centers.
- Support M&A initiatives through IT due diligence, integration planning, and post-close transition execution.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, SOX, IT governance, architecture, risk management, audits, and business continuity alignment.
- Lead distributed IT and site-support teams while managing vendors, contracts, service levels, and costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of IT leadership experience with regional or multi-country responsibility.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is required.
- Proven delivery of ERP programs, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Hands-on M&A IT integration experience, including due diligence and post-close execution.
- Fluent English required; French, German, and Italian are optional.
Nice to have
- MBA or similar business training.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ITIL service management, cybersecurity controls, and regional regulatory environments.
- French, German, or Italian language skills.
