Engineering Manager, BMS

Location: DFW01_02, United States; 25% travel required

What you will do

• Lead delivery and optimization of BMS platforms across data center projects.
• Provide project status updates and coordinate daily with construction, procurement, commissioning, design, and operations teams.
• Review BMS designs and develop standards for Points Lists, Graphics, and Sequences.
• Coordinate with BMS partners to improve standards, delivery quality, and business planning.
• Support commissioning, quality control, issue resolution, RFIs, schedule reviews, and site walks.
• Perform operational and design analysis, including thermal energy storage tank sizing and trend analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing BMS projects in data centers, industrial environments, or related industries.
• Strong project management experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of BMS design principles, standards, Points Lists, Graphics, Sequences, and trending analysis.
• Experience with commissioning, quality control, issue resolution, and relevant BMS software platforms.
• Leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
