Process Support Engineer (Display CVD)

What you will do

• Provide customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, service, and repair of complex equipment.
• Work with customers and R&D teams to develop processes for advanced semiconductor and display manufacturing.
• Design hypothesis experiments and design of experiments, analyze data statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process and equipment problems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve customer product issues.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to build consensus and establish trust.
• Support junior colleagues, liaise between customers and business units, and lead small projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the display fabrication or equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for explaining sensitive information and building consensus.
• English communication proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
