Senior CMP Field Service / Technical Lead (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Diagnose complex CMP product and process performance challenges and lead root-cause investigations with R&D, quality, and manufacturing.
• Support product adoption at key semiconductor accounts through technical positioning, customer discussions, demonstrations, and qualification activities.
• Provide technical insights on CMP industry trends, pad products, and application know-how.
• Engage process owners and integration leads while providing urgent on-site support for customer escalations.
• Lead quality, yield, and risk-improvement initiatives against demanding customer specifications and next-node requirements.
• Own CMP pad and slurry integration from trial through high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, materials science, or chemistry.
• At least 5 years of hands-on CMP technical experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong expertise in CMP processes, pad/slurry interaction, and integration challenges.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as FAE, application engineering, or process engineering.
• Fluent Mandarin and English.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
