Run Plant Engineer (ACST)

Location: Dongguan, Guangdong, China; onsite manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Provide daily process, materials, and equipment engineering support for ACST Cleans and Slurry operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Monitor process performance, conduct SPC reviews, analyze production data, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Prepare and review batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Support MOC activities, quality investigations, corrective actions, and customer and internal audits.
• Lead process improvements, equipment and raw material qualifications, product transfers, trial production, gate reviews, and production ramp-up activities.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, project teams, and regional engineering resources while supporting continuous improvement and small capital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, semiconductor materials, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of process safety, quality systems, manufacturing processes, statistical process control, and Management of Change.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required for technical discussions and meetings with global teams.

Nice to have

• CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency.
