Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing technology improvement and process development across ACST sites.
• Oversee new product introductions from scale-up through technical troubleshooting and process qualification.
• Plan and execute process characterization, experiments, design of experiments, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement using Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies.
• Support yield, capacity, plant operations, contract manufacturing qualification, and Run & Maintain projects.
• Develop process technology roadmaps, capital project plans, equipment specifications, and business justifications.
• Drive process safety management programs, including technology packages, PHA, MOC, investigations, SIF, LOPA, and reactive chemical safety activities.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Work authorization in Taiwan is required, along with willingness to travel as required by the business.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial chemical processing operations.
• Experience with JMP or related software, design of experiments, and statistical analysis.
• Strong English communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify improvement opportunities, and lead projects through completion.
