Senior Consultant, Exposure Platform (Cybersecurity)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with 1–3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Maintain and advance the exposure management ecosystem supporting the Cyber Threat Exposure Management program.
• Operate exposure platforms reliably by maintaining scanning coverage, authentication stability, data ingestion, and application-level integrations.
• Build and refine integrations with asset, identity, cloud, and network data sources using agent-based, network-based, and hybrid scanning models.
• Investigate data anomalies, remove duplication, close coverage gaps, and improve the accuracy of exposure signals used in risk and remediation workflows.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, technology, and risk teams on platform roadmaps and executable technical solutions.
• Improve platform performance, operational processes, data reliability, and AI-enabled automation capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in platform operations, security operations, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience with exposure management platforms, vulnerability scanning, authentication mechanisms, integration patterns, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols, telecommunications infrastructure, and network architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience with AI and automation, including Python or similar programming languages and tools such as Power Automate or Copilot Studio.
• Current accreditation and good standing in recognized security certifications; CISSP, CISM, or an equivalent designation is an asset.
