Senior Information Security Consultant, Offensive Security (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, ON, with 1–3 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Build an AI-supported, agentic Red Teaming capability within the bank.
• Develop attack scenario hypotheses using threat intelligence, attacker TTPs, personal research, and AI assistance.
• Coordinate with security response, intelligence, internal, and external teams to plan and conduct red team scenarios.
• Validate scenarios, track recommendations, and improve security effectiveness across partner lines of business.
• Evaluate security and AI technologies and develop novel AI and agentic tooling and processes.
• Publish findings and help security teams understand how to detect and defend against credible threats.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of overall cybersecurity experience.
• 2–4 years of cyber threat analysis research experience through a CSIRT, SOC, threat intelligence, or related analysis function.
• Experience driving Red Teaming initiatives, penetration testing, and network security.
• Experience with the novel use of AI for cybersecurity and the ability to leverage threat intelligence for enterprise defense.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and risk management skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Advanced Persistent Threat activity.
• OSCP, OSCE, or CEH certification.
