Junior Corporate Actions Specialist (Finance)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Review and scrub corporate action announcements from market data vendors, companies, depositories, and agents.
• Process client instructions and account profile requests in the Corporate Actions platform.
• Enter payments manually and upload automated deals.
• Reconcile receivables and payables to support accurate client cash projections.
• Create daily reports and handle operational queries.
• Participate in client presentations and calls.

Requirements

• Strong English skills at C1 level.
• Strong interest in banking.
• BA/BS degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience or internship.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
• Accuracy, organization, documentation management, and strong administrative skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
