FP&A Analyst (Fintech): Analyzing and interpreting business performance drivers and financial data for a global retail trading platform with an accent on divisional reporting and cost management. Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Salary: Minimum 147,200 PLN per annum

What you will do
- Analyze and explain business performance drivers for both revenue and costs.
- Extract and interpret large datasets to drive informed business decisions.
- Design and maintain divisional reports, including weekly and monthly management reporting.
- Perform cost management analysis and provide recommendations for efficiencies and budget variance.
- Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in planning and forecasting processes.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Competency with MS SQL, including the ability to read, write, and understand scripts.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Experience analyzing unstructured data of varying quality.
- Proficiency in accounting and reconciliation principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for a collaborative team environment.
Nice to have
- Experience using financial planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan.
