What you will do

• Analyze and explain business performance drivers for both revenue and costs.
• Extract and interpret large datasets to drive informed business decisions.
• Design and maintain divisional reports, including weekly and monthly management reporting.
• Perform cost management analysis and provide recommendations for efficiencies and budget variance.
• Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in planning and forecasting processes.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Competency with MS SQL, including the ability to read, write, and understand scripts.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience analyzing unstructured data of varying quality.
• Proficiency in accounting and reconciliation principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using financial planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan.
