Specialist in Onboarding & Due Diligence (Poland / Remote)

What you will do

• Conduct standard KYC and KYB onboarding across jurisdictions and legal entity types.
• Perform standard B2B periodic reviews covering risk, financial activity, compliance, business models, and document updates.
• Assess low-risk e-commerce merchants, including business models, transaction history, compliance, website checks, MCC assignment, and exposure calculations.
• Triage risk indicators, transfer cases requiring EDD, and escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to the Team Lead.
• Verify post-account-opening B2B and e-commerce data and resolve customer and internal queries.
• Support junior colleagues and maintain accurate, high-throughput delivery within SLA.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, KYC/KYB, or ongoing due diligence within fintech or financial services.
• Solid knowledge of standard KYC/KYB processes for different legal entities and multi-jurisdictional frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with low-risk B2B periodic reviews and e-commerce merchant assessments.
• Ability to identify risk indicators, perform initial data triage, and recognize when EDD escalation is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when verifying transactional and corporate documentation.
