Junior Treasury Analyst (m/f)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; flexible working arrangements and work-from-home opportunities are available.

Salary: 73500–111400 PLN gross annually, plus potential annual cash incentive bonuses and discretionary equity awards.

What you will do

• Support daily treasury operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure bank accounts are properly funded and investments are optimally diversified.
• Analyze financial data related to cash management, foreign exchange, risk management, and treasury services.
• Participate in treasury projects and assist with executing treasury programs.
• Coordinate payment and cash-related transactions with internal departments.
• Maintain the bank account repository and treasury master data while monitoring regulatory and market changes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Recent Master’s graduate or early-career professional with foundational experience in finance, audit, or accounting; internships or up to one year of relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Understanding of liquidity management, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
