Junior Data & Finance Analyst

Location: Wroclaw, Lower Silesian, Poland

Salary: 73500–111400 PLN annually, plus potential annual cash incentive bonuses and discretionary equity awards.

What you will do

• Extract data, analyze financial drivers, diagnose variances, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support financial analysis for the Print Marketing and Logistics Finance organization.
• Contribute to monthly expense and capital reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analytics.
• Interpret forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
• Support book closing, trend analysis, financial forecasting, and internal and external reporting integrity.
• Contribute to priority projects through research, data analysis, standardized reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of finance processes and principles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Business application skills, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
