What you will do

• Design, build, integrate, and deploy critical ground systems for engine testing, vehicle integration, and launch operations.
• Develop robust electrical and mechanical test systems that interface directly with flight hardware.
• Collaborate with vehicle, propulsion, avionics, software, test, safety, and operations teams.
• Oversee fabrication, system bring-up, electrical testing, calibration, functional checks, and validation.
• Author interface control documents and engineering release drawings for ground support equipment and flight hardware.
• Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, safe, compliant, and operable in demanding launch environments.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying test or electrical integration systems in aerospace or other high-reliability environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical signal integrity, grounding schemes, shielding, and power systems.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and commissioning electromechanical ground systems.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, RS-422, CAN, MIL-STD-1553, and applicable ASME, API, and NASA/AF standards.
• Familiarity with data acquisition and control platforms such as NI or Beckhoff.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zuken, NX, Teamcenter, or Altium Designer.
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for data acquisition, recording, and analysis.
• Additional experience with UART, SPI, Ethernet, or CAN communication protocols.
