Vice President, Technology Transformation Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid work with regular onsite attendance in the San Francisco or New York City office

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus benefits

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year technology and data strategy aligned with firm priorities.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology-enabled solutions with measurable impact and return on investment.
• Lead implementation of automation, artificial intelligence, data platforms, customer systems, and business intelligence tools.
• Standardize and simplify Corporate processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Build and mobilize cross-functional teams, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop data frameworks, dashboards, and decision-making tools while strengthening data capture and organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, product management, or consulting.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives that solve complex business challenges.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Human Resources, Legal, or Operations functions.
• Strong understanding of modern data, automation, analytics, data platforms, customer systems, and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
• Applicants must work onsite in the San Francisco or New York City office in accordance with the hybrid working policy.
