NP/PA – Primary Care | Southern Vermont | $10K Sign-On

Location: Primarily based in North Clarendon and Manchester Center, Vermont, with travel to Rockingham and Weston health centers typically required at least once per month

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year for a 32-hour workweek. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care while practicing autonomously at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive and wellness care, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and employer or union plan clients.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.
• Collaborate through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For Physician Associates: active license and current NCCPA board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
