Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Full-Spectrum Primary Care (Women's Health)

Location: In-person opportunities across Culver City, Los Angeles, Pasadena, Playa Vista, and Studio City, California, United States

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually for reference full-time APP roles; part-time compensation may be proportional.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care and whole-person women’s health services.
• Deliver routine gynecology care, including Pap smears, contraception counseling, STI screening, and consultations for pelvic pain, vaginal bleeding, UTIs, and vaginal infections.
• Manage common primary care, mental health, urgent care, and basic dermatologic conditions.
• Perform or support procedures such as IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertions, and colposcopies, depending on scope, training, and clinic needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, RNs, behavioral health clinicians, acupuncturists, and clinic operations teams.
• Provide clinical feedback to improve workflows, protocols, technology tools, and patient experience.

Requirements

• NP or PA with national board certification and an active, unrestricted license in the state where the opportunity is available.
• 3+ years of post-graduate APP experience in outpatient primary care and women’s health.
• Experience with routine gynecology, contraception, STIs, mental health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
• Experience managing common primary care and urgent care needs in an outpatient setting.
• Comfort with technology, EHRs, AI-supported documentation, and data-informed care delivery.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Experience with IUD, Nexplanon, or colposcopy procedures, or interest in developing procedural skills.
• Trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ inclusive, or gender-affirming care experience.
• Experience managing depression and anxiety, using integrative medicine, or serving diverse communities.
