Location: GF Malaysia office in Penang, Malaysia

What you will do
- Lead global technical training projects supporting manufacturing capability and workforce development.
- Standardize technical training processes, curricula, competency frameworks, and qualification methodologies across fabs.
- Govern and continuously improve Learning Management Systems, including Workday Learning and SumTotal.
- Partner with site training teams, engineering, HR, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy learning solutions.
- Develop training dashboards, metrics, and reports covering compliance, qualifications, and organizational capability.
- Lead audit readiness, training-gap analysis, corrective actions, and cross-fab continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Education, Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, technical training, learning management systems, workforce development, or project management.
- Experience with LMS administration and governance.
- Experience working in global or cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing training compliance and audit requirements is advantageous.
- Applicants for jobs in Malaysia must be fully vaccinated before the targeted start date.
