Senior Specialist-Training

What you will do

• Deliver and facilitate onboarding, professional development, and leadership development programs for professional employees and people leaders.
• Design engaging, interactive training courses in Microsoft PowerPoint with scripted instructor notes.
• Transfer classroom training to web-based formats and create user guides, discussion guides, and other learning resources.
• Coach managers and employees and provide team development support aligned with development goals.
• Manage assigned programs and classes in the Learning Management System and SharePoint, including scheduling, coordination, promotion, and reporting.
• Mentor new trainers and integrate virtual learning, LMS, LXP, and AI tools to improve learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of training and instructional design experience in a corporate or adult education environment.
• Experience training multicultural employee groups, including employees who speak English as a second language.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to support overseas employees when occasionally required, willingness to travel, and ability to handle administrative work.

Nice to have

• Experience designing learning solutions, programs, and eLearning.
• Experience working with engineering and manufacturing groups.
• Team-building experience.
