Mortgage Solutions Advisor, Remote - Bilingual

Location: Montréal, Québec, Canada; remote work with occasional onsite attendance required at the primary work location within two hours' notice

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound mortgage sales inquiries for purchases, refinances, ports, and early renewals.
• Follow up with clients on required documentation, signatures, leads, statements, and mortgage verifications.
• Explain mortgage products, policies, conditions, and documents to clients.
• Build relationships with business partners, underwriters, advancing partners, and clients.
• Support mortgage approval and funding while achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in the residential mortgage business, including knowledge of market trends, mortgage products, and pricing.
• Fluency in French and English is required to serve clients in the community.
• Client service, communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a private, quiet workspace with a door that closes.
• Reliable wired internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; satellite internet is not permitted.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Mortgage underwriting experience.
• Digital fluency and the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
