Mobile Mortgage Advisor – Bilingual (Quebec City)

Location: Quebec City, Quebec, Canada; primarily remote with occasional on-site work. The detailed work arrangement will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Provide expert mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at times and locations convenient for them and deliver a personalized client experience.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to provide mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build referral relationships with internal business partners, external realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgages, including mortgage lending and documentation.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, business development, and client service skills.
• Fluent French and English are required to support business operations outside Quebec.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Goal-oriented, client-focused, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
