What you will do
- Manage the full interview process, from candidate screening through reference checks, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new joiners across the UK and EU.
- Handle daily HR administration, employee records, and basic payroll and benefits coordination.
- Support employees with questions about company policies, leave, and workplace matters.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and basic European labour regulations.
- Manage offboarding, including exit documentation and asset recovery coordination.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
- Hands-on experience conducting screening interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work processes.
- Knowledge of EU labour standards is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
