What you will do

• Open new countries for hiring, covering entity and payroll setup, contracts, benefits, and local compliance.
• Own sensitive employee relations cases, performance processes, and investigations in partnership with Legal.
• Build and automate payroll operations across markets, then extend automation to onboarding, offboarding, and contractor management.
• Maintain compliance with local labour law as the business operates and expands.
• Scope, drive, and deliver end-to-end People Operations improvements using reliable people data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a similar operational role.
• Experience working across several countries is preferred for the role.
• Experience handling employee relations and performance cases.
• Experience setting up or running employment in more than one jurisdiction.
• Ability to balance business priorities with employee experience and make sound decisions in complex situations.
• AI-native approach and willingness to use AI tools to automate operational work.
