What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation and design through construction and delivery.
• Create project schedules, adjust plans dynamically, and monitor quality, safety, risks, and deadlines.
• Coordinate owners, contractors, and cross-functional resources while resolving on-site issues.
• Organize engineering acceptance, support audits, review engineering changes and costs, and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Manage project teams, guide employees, and create training plans to improve professional capabilities and execution.
• Develop engineering retrofit solutions and budgets, review automation equipment specifications, and maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects through initiation, design, construction, and delivery.
• Ability to coordinate clients, contractors, owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, compliance, engineering acceptance, and cost-control processes.
• Ability to manage teams, develop training plans, and resolve on-site project issues.
• Understanding of automation equipment specifications, selection, and installation.
