Change Manager (Logistics)

Location: On-site in Opatovice nad Labem, Czech Republic; flexibility to support operations during shifts, weekends, and peak periods when needed.

hirify.global operates a fast-growing grocery delivery business and is opening a new fulfillment center in the Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Own the full project and programme pipeline for the new fulfillment center.
• Lead the project management office, track progress and KPIs, and report outcomes.
• Coordinate local and central stakeholders on resources, priorities, and scope.
• Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems across the site.
• Drive standardisation, best-practice adoption, process improvement, and innovation roadmaps.
• Support peak-period operations through hands-on problem-solving, metrics reporting, and sustained adoption of changes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in change management, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Confident English skills and fluent Czech are required for collaboration with central, international, and local warehouse teams.
• Flexibility to support operations during shifts, weekends, and peak periods when needed.

Nice to have

• Relevant university degree.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or project management certification.
• Experience with WMS and analytics tools.
