What you will do

• Manage AutoStore realization projects from contract to final acceptance, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate smooth transitions between system sales, implementation, and service phases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities and mitigating project risks.
• Optimize internal processes and negotiate solutions to drive financial improvements.
• Contribute to the development of tools, standards, and processes to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with sales teams during the project acquisition phase.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering; knowledge of safety regulations is preferred.
• Professional experience in site or project management of automation systems.
• Proven track record of leading project teams, managing budgets, and achieving milestones.
• Fluent German and English language proficiency.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and similar technical software.
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region.
