What you will do

• Lead implementations and launches of 3PL warehouse and fulfillment projects.
• Oversee facility design, including layouts, labor planning, pick-and-pack workflows, WMS configuration, and automation.
• Manage implementation plans, project goals, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional execution.
• Partner with internal teams, customers, 3PL suppliers, and operations stakeholders to support successful launches.
• Create supplier and customer playbooks to support handoffs between 3PL partners and operations teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities, improve implementation methodologies, and provide training and post-launch support.

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse or WMS implementations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Experience managing complex projects, teams, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience mitigating and managing implementation risks and opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Startup experience.
